Designing Success: How Made Somewhere helped Tetratherix launch their IPO

Discover how Made Somewhere partnered with Tetratherix to deliver branding, design, and strategy for a successful IPO launch.
Made Somewhere partnered with Tetratherix to develop the brand, design, and strategy behind their IPO launch. From visual identity to investor communications, let us share how thoughtful design supported Tetratherix’s successful market debut and built confidence with shareholders and stakeholders alike.
A background to Tetratherix and their platform technology
Tetratherix is a global pioneer in regenerative medicine, advancing breakthrough therapies that harness the body’s potential to heal, restore, and transform patient outcomes. With a mission at the cutting edge of science and innovation. Tetratherix developed a biostealth fluid matrix that evolves regenerative medicine – Tetramatrix™. Tetramatrix™ platform technology is the world’s first biostealth fluid matrix which is modular, intelligent, biomimetic and biocompatible.
Clinicians inject this polymer via syringes. Consequently, it transforms into a 3D matrix, adheres to tissue, and mimics natural tissue. After performing therapeutic roles in Tissue Healing, Bone Regeneration, and Tissue Spacing, the body gradually bioresorbs the material. Therefore, harmless byproducts like water and carbon dioxide minimise foreign body reactions.
Backed by over a decade of polymer engineering research and more than 35 patents, Tetratherix validates its technology in preclinical and early clinical studies. Furthermore, the company aims to commercialise its first bone and dental products by early 2026.

The Made Somewhere and Tetratherix Duo
Tetratherix engaged Made Somewhere to develop a comprehensive brand identity, digital presence, and prospectus. These would position the company as a leader in biotechnology while appealing to a global audience of investors and clinicians. The challenge was to distil complex, highly technical science into a visual language that was clear, compelling, and human.
The brand identity balances precision with approachability, reflecting both the rigour of medical research and the hope it offers patients. The visual system is clean, confident, and future-focused, supported by a modern, responsive website. The prospectus builds on this foundation with a compelling narrative and sophisticated infographics. These communicate scientific achievements and market potential with clarity.
Through collaboration with Tetratherix, Made Somewhere delivered a cohesive suite of brand assets that elevate credibility and attract strategic investment. This project exemplifies the transformative power of design to bridge the gap between cutting-edge science and meaningful human impact. It positioned Tetratherix as a brand ready to shape the future of regenerative medicine.
CEO of Tetratherix – William Knox: “The TTX story is not a simple one to convey, but Made Somewhere have a very unique ability to distil messages and design cues into simple and easy-to-digest pillars. Their openness to understand and incorporate some of our creative explorations from multiple suppliers into the long-standing, curated brand has helped us stand out in the crowd.”

Made Somewheres Award-Winning IPO Prospectus Design for Tetratherix
Preparing for an IPO requires more than meeting legal requirements. Consequently, companies need a prospectus that builds investor confidence and communicates their vision clearly.
The challenge for Tetratherix was to transform a complex, science-driven biotechnology brand into a human, compelling story without losing technical credibility. Because dense research language often shrouds regenerative medicine, we made the story approachable and authoritative.
We placed a dynamic visual language inspired by cellular regeneration at the heart of our design solution. By weaving science directly into the design, we created an identity that was authentic, distinctive, and uniquely ownable. We reimagined the prospectus as an elegant, data-driven publication that investors would want to read. We distilled complex clinical data into engaging infographics, and a refined layout guided readers through Tetratherix’s vision, progress, and market potential. The design tone balanced authority with approachability, fostering trust and engagement.
To deepen this narrative, we collaborated with local illustrator Jonathan Zawada, who created conceptual artworks for Tetratherix’s core franchises – Bone Regeneration, Tissue Healing, and Tissue Spacing. These striking illustrations brought an abstract yet human dimension to the science, setting Tetratherix apart from other medtech companies and creating a vibrant point of difference.

The Results: A successful IPO and a Gold Medal
The rebrand, communications, and prospectus enabled Tetratherix to successfully raise $25 million in their IPO on June 30, 2025, listing the company on the ASX under the ticker TTX.
As a result, Made Somewhere’s integrated branding, website, annual report, and IPO prospectus for Tetratherix delivered both design excellence and measurable business impact. Our work resulted in a Gold Medal at the 2025 Sydney Design Awards.
In working with us at Made Somewhere CEO of Tetratherix, William Knox, had this to share: “The team at Made Somewhere are effectively a part of our internal team and they seamlessly integrate into our culture, way of working and approach to all aspects of the business. There is never a deadline too tight, or a task too complex – Christian and Elki are always a calm and reliable support for us in all our design and communications projects.”
